Responsibilities The Contracts Analyst – Biomed is responsible for managing, analyzing, and optimizing medical equipment service contracts across supported hospitals. This role partners with Corporate Leadership and Support Teams, Hospital Biomed and Clinical Teams, Supply Chain, Finance, and external vendors to ensure appropriate contract coverage, cost control, and service performance on equipment throughout the equipment lifecycle. Responsibilities include managing OEM and third-party service agreements, supporting contract renewals and negotiations, monitoring vendor performance against contract terms and SLAs, analyzing service spend and invoices, and identifying opportunities for contract optimization. The role supports warranty and post warranty service strategies, maintains accurate contract data in enterprise systems, and prepares contract recommendations and documentation to support operational and leadership decision making. This is a contract focused, operational role and not a traditional business intelligence or reporting only position.
