ABC Supply Co., Inc., North America’s largest wholesale distributor of exterior and interior building products, is seeking a Contracts Administrator to join its Beloit, Wisconsin-based in-house Legal Department. This role is responsible for supporting the administration, review, tracking, and lifecycle management of contracts in accordance with Company policies and legal standards. This position plays an important role in the Company’s contract lifecycle management (CLM) processes and serves as a central point of coordination for contract intake, documentation, negotiation, storage, and compliance.
