About The Position

The Contracts Administrator will support CRS corporate operations by assisting with the administration, coordination, and compliance of government contracts and subcontracts. This role works closely with finance, program management, operations, and leadership to ensure contractual requirements are properly executed throughout the contract lifecycle and will report to the Director of Contracts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract and/or subcontract administration within the government contracting industry
  • Familiarity with government invoicing, contract modifications, and task order management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting federal contracts in a post-award environment
  • Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and general government contracting principles
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; experience with contract management systems preferred
  • A 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree with a major in any field that included or was supplemented by; at least 24semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics,industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management is required.

Responsibilities

  • Support post-award contract administration activities, including contract intake, file establishment, tracking, and closeout
  • Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready contract files in accordance with CRS policies, FAR requirements, and applicable agency guidance
  • Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of contract modifications, funding actions, option exercises, and other contractual actions
  • Monitor periods of performance, funding status, deliverables, reporting requirements, and key contractual milestones
  • Support the preparation, issuance, and administration of subcontracts, teaming agreements, and related contractual instruments
  • Ensure required clauses, flow-downs, and compliance documentation are properly incorporated and maintained
  • Coordinate routine administrative communications with subcontractors to support timely execution and performance
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, and CRS internal policies
  • Support audits, reviews, and government data calls by compiling and validating contract and subcontract documentation
  • Provide administrative support related to CPARS inputs, contract closeout, and compliance reporting
  • Coordinate with task order PMs, Finance, and operations team to support contract-related administrative requirements
  • Serve as an administrative point of contact for routine contract and subcontract inquiries
  • Support the maintenance and refinement of contract administration templates, trackers, contract management systems data entry and standard operating procedures
  • Identify opportunities to improve administrative controls, efficiency, and consistency within the Contracts function
