Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The Contracts Admin will report to the Director of Contracts Administration and is a key player in communicating with internal and external customers. This position plays a vital role in the administration of Document Intelligence (DI), Kinetik’s contract management platform. Other responsibilities include the following:

Responsibilities

  • Become a DI super-user which includes uploading documents, ensuring the completeness of DI, adding and removing users, applying security settings and uploading monthly contract numbers lists
  • Track new connect first flow dates and prompt Accounting to bill for such new connects
  • Maintain a mass email and mailing platform
  • Physically distribute force majeures and notices to customers requiring physical copies
  • Maintain physical contract files
  • Record memoranda
  • Close out terminated contract files
  • Provide administrative support to other members of the Contract Administration team
  • Help internal and external customers with contract-related questions or needs
  • All other duties as assigned
