About The Position

Qualis LLC is seeking a Contracts Administrator to conduct activities for the entire contracting lifecycle from the creation of Teaming Agreements, to RFP review, proposal support, contract implantation, reporting, administration, and closeout. This selected candidate will work out of our Huntsville, AL headquarters and report to the Senior VP of Contracts.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree and 4 years of government contracting experience; work experience may be substituted in lieu of education.
  • Foundational and working knowledge of FARs and DFARs.
  • Familiar with DCAA and DCMA operational aspects and conversant with audit techniques and standards.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Government contracting experience including contract administration, rate development, proposal development, terms and conditions, representations and certifications, and proposal pricing is preferred.
  • Experience working with Government solicitations, awarded contracts, and developing contract modifications is preferred.
  • experience using one or more Artificial Intelligence based tools preferred.
  • Bachelors degree in business or related field.
  • 5 years government contracting experience preferred.
  • NCMA CACM certification

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, and administer task orders, contracts, modifications, and related documents and activities.
  • Ensure that task order contractual activities comply with all terms, conditions and applicable rules and regulations.
  • Use strong analytical and contracts/pricing skills to handle management of Government contracts, closeout and purchasing compliance.
  • Serve as primary contracting interface with specific customers.
  • Create and administer Corporate Non-Disclosure Agreements and Teaming Agreements.
  • Process purchase orders.
  • Provide Contract actions, modifications, NDAs, TAs, Purchase Orders and related documents for review by higher level reviewer/supervisor.
  • Familiarity with GSA contracts, e.g. OASIS, and/or other Government Wide Acquisition Contracts or IDIQ contracts.
  • Support subcontract, purchasing, and proposal activates as required.
  • Provide appropriate record-keeping and storage of completed documentation.
