I2X Technologies is seeking a Contracts Administrator to support ongoing activities at our corporate office in Littleton, CO . This position will be onsite and may require you to obtain a security clearance. Prepare an disseminate contract modifications. Log and track request for contract managment. Provide file and database management for contract management system. Participate in data call responses as required. Compile in and report contract status reports as needed. Prepare contract documentation for briefings/meetings. Manage contratcs for settlement/close-out. Work with different levels of personnel within an organization, including customers, to analyze and solidify an overall contract strategy. Resolve any existing contract conflicts. Work with the team to negotiate terms, conditions and pricing, and ensure they are accurately executed and satisfied for existing contracts as needed. Analyze potential risks that contract changes may pose to the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience supporting DoD or Federal contracts in an administrative, analytical, or program support role.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Experience with contract labor tracking, cost reporting, procurement, documentation, and preparation of recurring contract reports or dashboards.
  • Familiarity with working in regulated or security-sensitive environments, including handling CUI and following government compliance processes and timelines.
  • Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including program management, finance, technical teams, and government personnel
  • US Citizenship is required
  • Ability to obtain DoD security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting the preparation and submission of contract deliverables (CDRLs), including monthly status reports, contract funds status reports, procurement documentation, and transition-related artifacts.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain contract records, action items, and correspondence to support government reviews, audits, and CPARS evaluations.
  • Familiarity with labor hour tracking, ODC expenditure monitoring, and cost forecasting across CLINs to support cost control and funding management.
  • Understanding of procurement authorization processes, including documenting requests, coordinating approvals with government CORs, and tracking executed purchases.
  • Knowledge of subcontractor compliance requirements, including DD Form 254s, NDAs, OCI/PCI documentation, and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Ability to coordinate meetings and technical interchange sessions, including preparing agendas, capturing notes, tracking action items, and supporting follow-up activities
