Global Dimensions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to: Maintain and organize Outlook Emails, i.e. identifying and tracking action items and requests; creating Outlook Subfolders; sorting, archiving, and organizing emails to improve tracking and visibility. Organize electronic folders and subfolders. Create spreadsheets to track data and information. Fill out routine business forms. Prepare routine business documents. Prepare and coordinate non-disclosure and teaming agreements.
