Responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, trade ally and customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to comprehensive energy-efficient home improvements. Adhering to designated program budgets and allocated resources. Trade Allies include contractors offering installation of home performance, weatherization or energy-efficiency measures and contractors offering installation and servicing of HVAC equipment in a residential market. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Train, educate and develop relationships with Trade Allies to encourage high-quality installation of energy-efficient measures for our customers.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.
  • Integrate program offerings into trade ally operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.
  • Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.
  • Be as a liaison between customers, energy advisors, and contractors to enhance program satisfaction
  • Work in cooperation with other energy efficiency programs to move projects forward.
  • Research the markets, accumulating data on businesses, and provide useful updates to trade allies.
  • Identify improvement barriers and critical information to the Program Manager.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of operations.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.
