Contract Web Producer
About The Position
This role keeps the organization's website running smoothly, managing a mix of daily content updates and larger web projects. The Contract Web Producer will work heavily in WordPress using Oxygen Builder, support API-driven forms, and collaborate with teams across the organization to keep web content accurate, functional, and on brand. The ideal candidate is both technically capable and highly collaborative-someone who enjoys tactical execution, problem-solving, and partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily website content updates using WordPress and Oxygen Builder
- Build and update landing pages, content pages, and forms
- Ensure new pages meet basic SEO and UI/UX standards
- Support API-based form integrations and troubleshoot issues
- Assist with backend tasks including WP Engine server administration (as needed)
- Manage heavier-lift web projects and occasional after-hours updates
- Collaborate closely with communications, marketing, program managers, community relations, customer engagement, and HR teams
- Maintain consistent communication and responsiveness during business hours
- Shadow the existing Web Manager (Abnel) during handoff to ensure seamless transition
- Keep all website operations running smoothly during the leave period
