Contract UX Designer
About The Position
Yieldmo is an advertising platform that helps brands invent creative experiences through tech and AI, using custom ad formats, proprietary attention signals, predictive format selection, and privacy-safe premium inventory curation. Yieldmo believes all ads should be human-centered, tailored, and provoke users' emotions and actions. Yieldmo helps brands deliver the best ad for every impression opportunity, merging creative and media for proven results. We're looking for a strong UX Designer who can traverse the entire lifecycle of product's development, including user research, design, prototyping, and usability evaluation. You can expect to work only on the most important company priorities, work side-by-side with application engineering, and be comfortable presenting to C-suite and external customers.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) or related field
- Skill in developing rapid UI prototypes
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
- Experience with mobile app and mobile web environments
- Experience working with distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Experience working with retail, technology development, and device partners
- Experience in implementing accessible and inclusive design principles
- Strong skills in both working with and presenting to executive leaders
- Experience driving, maintaining, and mechanizing collaboration across teams with divergent needs/goals
- Expertise in ad tech ecosystems and ad systems
- Portfolio showcasing end-to-end design solutions for complex products
- Proficient using JS frameworks like React or Angular

- Ad tech experience
- Interest in sports, fan engagement, and fan experiences
- Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Experience using Javascript animation libraries, like Three.js or GSAP
Responsibilities
- Drive the UX vision for a next-generation platform, partnering closely with product, design, and engineering teams across Yieldmo.
- Design user-first solutions grounded in research, data, customer feedback, and technical constraints.
- Build complex interactive prototypes in Figma to validate ideas with customers and support sales pitches.
- Create clear user flows, wireframes, and mockups to define and communicate product direction.
- Maintain scalable UI patterns and design specs, working closely with engineers to ensure polished delivery.
- Present sophisticated design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
