AdvantageCare Rehab is expanding across Virginia, and we’re seeking a driven, disciplined sales professional to help grow our presence statewide. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-activity, structured B2B sales environment and is comfortable engaging senior decision-makers. Who Thrives in This Role Professionals coming from high-volume, process-driven sales organizations tend to excel here. If you’re accustomed to consistent outbound activity, appointment setting with leadership, and following a repeatable sales framework, you’ll find strong alignment with this position. Experience in industries such as payroll, insurance, PEOs, or similar consultative B2B sales environments translates especially well. What You’ll Do Execute consistent outbound outreach (phone and in-person) to skilled nursing facilities throughout Virginia.
