We are seeking a Contract Technical Recruiter to help scale our engineering organization, with the opportunity for this role to convert to full-time (contract-to-hire) based on performance and business needs. This pivotal role will support the growth of our product engineering, DevOps, and data engineering teams across our two core products and beyond. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of high performance in full-cycle recruiting and a passion for finding and engaging top talent in a fast-paced, high-growth, early-stage startup environment. This role reports to the VP of Engineering and partners closely with them as the team continues to grow. We are looking for someone inspired by our mission and excited by the opportunity to help build a business that will impact millions of lives in a meaningful way. This role will be in person at our energetic NYC headquarters. Compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience; for full-time conversion, the expected base salary range would be $125,000–$160,000 plus equity.
