About The Position
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team based in our Bellevue, WA. This role requires working on-site 3 to 5 days a week. The primary focus will be on identifying, attracting, and hiring exceptional backend engineering talent to fuel our company's growth within the competitive B2B Security Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product landscape, though you will be required to work on other job openings as needed. This position plays a critical role in scaling our engineering capabilities, which directly impacts our product development velocity and our ability to deliver innovative solutions to our enterprise clientele. Securing top technical talent is paramount in the B2B SaaS space, and this role requires a recruiter with a deep understanding of the specific engineering skill sets and calibre needed to develop world class B2B SaaS products. This is a 6 month contract position designed to augment our existing talent acquisition capabilities during a period of focused growth or specific project needs.
