About the position
Funko is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 6-month contract to support its growth objectives. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions, establishing effective hiring processes, and enhancing the candidate experience. The recruiter will work closely with leadership and the HR team to develop talent acquisition strategies and ensure a positive recruitment journey for candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform full-cycle recruiting duties for a variety of roles, focusing on both technical and non-technical positions.
- Work closely with the recruiting team to build and drive adoption of standardized, scalable hiring processes.
- Develop and reinforce exceptional standards for the candidates' recruitment experience.
- Provide strategic input to leadership regarding long-term talent acquisition strategies and trends.
- Manage the interview process, ensuring clear communication for candidates, managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with the HR team for compensation and sensitive internal candidate scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment, preferably in the consumer products industry.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, with experience in Jobvite being a plus.
- Experience sourcing, identifying, attracting, and securing talent through traditional and creative recruiting methods.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Blended experience in both technical and non-technical recruiting.
- Proven experience sourcing and closing leadership candidates, up to VP level.
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable with ambiguity and limited direction.
