About the Role Stord is looking for a high-impact, results-driven Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our People Operations team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our hiring machine, specializing in the "top of the funnel" to identify and engage the world-class talent needed to scale our business. You aren't just looking for names on a screen; you are a digital detective and a brand ambassador. You will partner closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to map out talent markets and build diverse pipelines for our most critical roles—from Software Engineering to Fulfillment Operations. Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of dedicated sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably with a background in a high-volume agency or a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Sourcing Prowess: Expert-level ability to find and engage passive talent through various platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.) and creative networking.
  • Adaptability: Proven success in a high-growth environment where priorities shift quickly and the ability to pivot search criteria is essential.
  • Tech Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and G-Suite tools.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; you should be able to craft personalized, compelling outreach that stands out in a crowded inbox.

  • Startup DNA: Experience in a high-growth startup environment, specifically within the 3PL, Supply Chain, or Logistics Tech space.
  • Tools of the Trade: Deep proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, and talent intelligence platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset: A habit of using data (outreach-to-screen ratios, source-of-hire) to troubleshoot your own funnel and optimize your workflow.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing: Build and maintain high-quality, diverse talent pipelines for high-priority roles in Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance using advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-Ray, etc.) beyond just LinkedIn.
  • Initial Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for passive candidates, pitching the Stord mission with high energy and converting "maybe" into "interested."
  • Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with TA Partners and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, refine search strings, and provide real-time market feedback.
  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently move candidates through the early stages of the funnel, ensuring a seamless hand-off to TA Partners while maintaining a "white-glove" candidate experience.
  • Data Integrity: Leverage our ATS (Workday) and CRM tools to track outreach metrics, response rates, and conversion data to ensure we are hitting our hiring velocity targets.
  • Process Evolution: Stay ahead of recruitment trends and tools, constantly experimenting with new platforms and outreach strategies to improve our hit rate.
