The Sr. Coordinator Non-Technical Customer Support for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Interacts with customers and Sales over the phone or via email to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review. Booking New contracts, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries. May provide in-house training on non-technical customer support. This position is part of the Client Services Department located in Brea, CA and will be onsite . In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Establishing close relationships with customers, business partners, and other departments to help ensure resolution of customer inquiries are addressed in a timely and professional manner. Booking and maintaining new contract agreements, setting up billing schedules, shipping schedules, and managing compliance to the contract terms and conditions Partnering with the sales organization in securing contract renewals, preventing expiry and supporting in the placement of new instruments.

Requirements

  • High-school diploma or GED
  • Must demonstrate effective skills in; customer service, quality, relationship building, problem solving, active listening, conflict resolution, analyzing terms and conditions, multi-tasking, written and verbal communication
  • Ability to multi-task and use strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - including but not limited to Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • Contract experience in a related field
  • Experience with contract setup and maintenance or diagnostics contract booking and maintenance in the medical device industry
  • Bachelor’s degree
