We are seeking a Contract Specialist as part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Contract Specialist
- Experience in USG contract management with at least 1 year of experience terminating contracts and negotiating termination settlements.
- Clearance: TSC, TS/SCI
Responsibilities
- Preparing required pre-award documentation for review and approval.
- Preparing all post-award documentation for review and approval.
- Performing contract administration duties.
- Negotiating termination settlements.
- Conducting detailed cost evaluations.
- Review all costs for allowability recommendations.
- Communicating with contractors.
- Experience in USG contract management with at least 1 year of experience terminating contracts and negotiating termination settlements.
