Responsibilities May Include: Solicitation, negotiation, award, and post award administration of Information Technology Software contracts. Executing day-to-day procurement activities, mainly focusing on negotiating and executing contracts in support of the Information Technology Software team, including but not limited to: Negotiate various types of agreements in support of IT Software (Masters, SOW’s, NDA’s, POC’s, etc.) Post execution contract administration Invoice resolution Conduct RFP’s in Company’s approved sourcing tool Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance and streamline contracting processes. Manage assigned software contract assignments effectively and efficiently, with focus on high stakeholder engagement/management. Mitigate procurement risks, while reducing total cost of ownership without negatively affecting value. Maintain appropriate contract files in accordance with document retention policies. Support periodic audit activities. Collaborate with Legal to ensure compliance with all P66 clause owner requirements and legal statutes.
