A successful Contract Servicing Manager will acclimate well to Stevens County fast-paced, professional, and caring environment and lead our mission to provide unparalleled customer experience. This position oversees all operations and staff in the Contract Servicing (Long-Term Escrow) Department and is responsible for ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in every aspect of the department’s work. This role plays a central part in growing the department through strategic outreach and client retention while coaching and developing team members, refining internal processes, and maintaining clear communication across departments and with external clients.
