About The Position

A successful Contract Servicing Associate will acclimate well to the efficient, fast-paced, professional, and caring work environment and join our mission to provide unparalleled customer experience to our customers and colleagues. This entry-level role supports the daily operations of the Contract Servicing Department and focuses on key tasks such as new account setup, payment processing, customer communications, and account closure. This position requires excellent customer service skills, meticulous handling of payments and report preparations, and thorough attention to detail.   • Experience in banking, loan servicing, title and escrow, or accounting is strongly preferred
  • Willingness to participate in industry training and pursue professional development opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Support the Contract Servicing Manager and department in all servicing functions
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and written correspondence with professionalism and courtesy
  • Resolve routine customer questions and issues using sound judgment
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry for account setup and maintenance
  • Process payments, deposits, and account closures in accordance with company procedures
  • Assist in maintaining escrow account records and servicing documents
  • Support the monitoring and processing of property taxes, insurance premiums, and other account-related expenses as directed
  • Assist in routine auditing and account balancing tasks to ensure data integrity
  • Assist in daily and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Contribute to marketing and business development efforts by participating in client outreach and maintaining positive relationships
  • Provide support and coverage for team members during absences or peak workloads
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and transactional information
  • Help identify opportunities to improve procedures and customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external parties to facilitate seamless service
  • Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting
  • Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
