About The Position

This contract role plays a key part in scaling high-performing technical teams by leading the full lifecycle of recruiting for Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning functions. The Senior Technical Talent Partner will act as a strategic advisor to technical leaders, leveraging data, market insights, and creative sourcing strategies to attract and close top talent quickly. You will own end-to-end hiring for senior and hard-to-fill positions while ensuring an exceptional experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. This role operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where autonomy, proactive problem-solving, and collaboration across cross-functional teams are essential. Success in this position directly impacts team growth, organizational capability, and the overall talent strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical recruiting experience, including ownership of senior and hard-to-fill roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Proven track record hiring across Engineering, Machine Learning, and Data functions
  • Strong closing skills, including navigating compensation discussions and competing offers
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking, analyzing, and reporting hiring metrics
  • Ability to build strong relationships and act as a trusted partner to hiring teams
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing tools, search platforms, and talent communities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting in regulated environments such as health-tech or healthcare is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for critical technical roles, balancing speed, quality, and long-term team fit
  • Partner with Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning leaders to provide strategic hiring guidance, market insights, and compensation recommendations
  • Lead proactive sourcing across multiple channels, talent communities, and platforms to attract top-tier candidates
  • Utilize recruiting data and funnel metrics to forecast hiring outcomes, identify bottlenecks, and drive decision-making
  • Collaborate with People Operations, Finance, and People Business Partners to align hiring plans, headcount, and offer execution
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and reporting using ATS and recruiting tools
  • Deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience that positively reflects the organization
