About The Position

14379 – Contract Scheduler (onsite) – Palo, IA Start Date : ASAP Type: Temporary Project Estimated Duration : 12+ months with possible extensions Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

Requirements

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palo, IA (required)
• Experience in leading maintenance scheduling and trend analysis activities.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, P6, Online scheduling applications, Work management processes

Nice To Haves

• Technical experience in a nuclear facility in Engineering, Maintenance, or Operations AND AS degree in Engineering or related physical science (6+ years)
• Prior relevant military experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare, publish, and monitor daily schedules for refueling outages and day-to-day maintenance
• Perform root cause analysis for schedule problems.
• Prepare and analyze daily work schedules to optimize equipment availability and manpower usage.
• Publish daily work schedules and monitor progress.
• Documents schedule problems, maintain statistics and perform trend analysis.
• Provide guidance to nonexempt employees as assigned
