Requirements

Data entry and administrative skills.
Proficiency in Office 365 and CRM systems.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and typing proficiency at 50 WPM with high accuracy.
Mathematical skills, including proficiency in Excel for drawing and interpreting graphs.

Responsibilities

Conduct contract reviews of all incoming sales orders.
Assist in ensuring orders are accurate and can be entered into the system.
Process purchase orders sent by customers.
Review each purchase order, identify errors, and communicate with customers to obtain revised POs.
Enter processed POs into the CRM system.
