About The Position

The Contract Recruiter supports short‑term hiring needs by managing full‑cycle recruiting activities, from sourcing through offer, to ensure timely placement of qualified candidates.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (in‑house or agency)
  • Strong interviewing, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and MS Office tools

Nice To Haves

  • HR or recruiting experience in manufacturing or high‑volume environments preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for hourly and/or salaried roles
  • Coordinate interviews, reference checks, and pre‑employment steps
  • Manage job postings and applicant tracking system updates
  • Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Support onboarding coordination as needed
  • Ensure recruiting activities align with company policies and compliance requirements
