We’re looking for a contract / fractional recruiter to support a focused hiring period at AdMed Inc. Time: ~30 hours/week (≈4 days/week) Duration: ~3–4 months Location: Remote (US-based) Comp: Competitive hourly rate Roles you’ll recruit for: • Medical Writers • Account Executive • Assistant Medical Writer • Business Development Coordinator • Project Coordinator What we’re looking for: ✔ Experience recruiting medical writers and other agency medical communications roles ✔ Comfortable owning searches end-to-end (sourcing → screens → shortlist) ✔ Experience working in an ATS (Workable preferred) and LinkedIn Recruiter ✔ Prioritizes quality over volume Work with a longstanding leader in pharmaceutical marketing and training Direct partnership with senior leadership Flexible, remote work arrangement Short-term, high-impact engagement Competitive hourly compensation
