Zerocater is looking for our next talent team member to own hiring for our catering operations department while providing a world-class candidate experience. You’ll be full-cycle recruiting while playing the role of a strategic business partner to stakeholders within the catering operations department to improve processes and to ensure we are hiring and onboarding the right people. Catering operations hiring is a top initiative and you will be able to make an impact that is felt company-wide. This role will function as more than a recruiter but a respected subject matter expert invested in candidate experience and strengthening business partnership to increase confidence in hiring. This role will report to the Head of recruiting and collaborates closely with our HR team with candidate hand-offs. The ideal candidate has a high level of emotional intelligence, a passion for pairing top talent to the right opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced and evolving environment. There are times we have to make hires quickly in a 2-3 day time frame and priorities are constantly shifting. We are also up against external competition for the same candidate pool which can add another layer of difficulty to securing talent. Being skilled at moving quickly without sacrificing quality, and unafraid to make tough calls when a candidate isn’t the right fit will be crucial to success in this role as we enter an exciting phase of growth.
