You’re a true recruiting hunter who knows how to find talent when it’s not actively looking. You’ve worked inside fast-growing startups, you’re comfortable juggling 10–15 hard-to-fill roles, and you know how to partner directly with hiring managers while holding the line on quality. This is an in-house contract role (not an agency engagement). You’ll operate as an extension of our internal team, owning searches end-to-end and helping us scale from ~80 to ~160 employees.
