About The Position

Nemean Solutions, headquartered in Sierra Vista, AZ, is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors. Job Overview: The Contract Program Manager is responsible for overall contract execution, quality control, staffing, and daily operational oversight. This individual serves as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer and COR. Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established the Government customer.

Requirements

• 15+ years of cost analysis or program management experience
• 24 semester hours in math, engineering, or quantitative analysis
• Experience with DoD cost analysis, EVM, and defense data sources
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer-facing experience
• Active Secret Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Direct daily contract operations and ensure compliance with the PWS.
• Serve as the designated Contractor Representative to the Government.
• Manage staffing, performance metrics, and quality control processes.
• Ensure timely delivery of all contract deliverables and reports.
• Oversee risk management and OCI compliance.
• Coordinate transition-in and transition-out activities.
