We are seeking a detail-oriented Contracts Processor to support our sales operations by ensuring all vacation ownership contracts are prepared accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company and regulatory standards. Contract Processor Full Time Schedule: Typical shifts will be Friday - Tuesday from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Subject to change based on business needs Location: Exploria Resorts - Corporate Office - 127 Town Center Blvd. Clermont FL 34714 Pay: $16/hr Job Summary: The Contracts Processor will report directly to the Contracts Manager and is responsible for preparing and typing contracts accurately in a fast, timely manner for multiple Exploria resort locations.

Requirements

  • Previous experience preparing and processing contracts within the Timeshare Industry is preferred.
  • High school diploma
  • Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Must possess strong computer skills with high accuracy and must maintain 35+wpm minimum typing speed.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Perform various projects requested upon Supervisors and Managers
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Must be available to work weekends and holidays and have a flexible schedule should the business needs change.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience preparing and processing contracts within the Timeshare Industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process legal documents for all vacation ownership sales and perform related tasks required to complete the transaction in an expedient manner.
  • Review legal documents, i.e., Purchase Proposals for accuracy.
  • Retrieve credit, loan, and account history for prospective buyers.
  • General administrative duties, i.e., answering phones, filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisor to complete assigned tasks.
  • Work independently and as a team player to complete all assigned tasks.
  • Quality review of all contract documents
  • Follow all proper cash and credit handling procedures.
  • Must be willing and able to work weekends and holidays and adapt to business needs as they may be adjusted.
  • Must understand the importance of PCI and PII compliance when overseeing sensitive information related to consumers and consumer privacy.
  • All other duties assigned by management.
