About The Position

We are looking for an attorney who can independently evaluate personal injury cases, draft compelling demand packages, negotiate effectively with insurance carriers, and advance matters into litigation when necessary. Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- 4+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
- Strong demand writing and negotiation track record
- Confident handling cases from intake through litigation
Nice To Haves
- Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Draft strategic, high-value demand letters
- Negotiate directly with insurance adjusters and carriers
- Analyze liability, damages, and coverage issues
- Prepare and file lawsuits
- Draft pleadings and written discovery
- Attend depositions, mediations, and court appearances as needed
