Contract Operations Manager
About The Position
Join the MPW team! We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Contract Operations Manager to build and lead our enterprise-wide contract management function. This newly created role will bring structure, visibility, and consistency to MPW’s contract lifecycle processes while partnering closely with Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executive leadership. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, operations, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement operations, or similar
- Experience participating in at least one CLM or contract workflow system implementation
Responsibilities
- Design and implement standardized contract lifecycle workflows from intake through renewal
- Lead selection, implementation, and administration of contract management systems (CLM)
- Develop templates, playbooks, reporting dashboards, and metadata standards to improve visibility and reduce risk
- Partner with Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT to clarify ownership, streamline approvals, and improve cycle times
- Support renewal tracking, repository management, and early-stage contract operations while building scalable solutions
- Drive training, adoption, and change management for new processes and tools
