About The Position

The Contracts Operations Intern assists in the management and administration of federal contracts by supporting operational tasks, compliance activities, and contract coordination. This role offers practical experience in the government contracting process and provides cross-functional support to teams involved in contract execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or a degree in business, communications, public administration, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working with structured processes and documentation
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Interest in government contracting, proposal development, or business development

Responsibilities

  • Apply knowledge of Windows Office 365 Suite to assist with contract activities
  • Leverage SharePoint tools, workflows, and forms to support contract tracking, administration, and compliance documentation
  • Demonstrate creative thinking to devise customizations and innovative uses for SharePoint
  • Utilize familiarity with website layouts and HTML to maintain contract documentation
  • Other duties as assigned
