About The Position

E-Logic is seeking an experienced Program / Contract Manager to lead and oversee all operational, technical, and administrative aspects of the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center's (DLIFLC) from Continental United States CONUS. This role serves as the primary liaison between E-Logic and the Government and is responsible for contract performance, staffing, compliance, and delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of program or contract management experience in federal IT environments
• PMP certification required
• IAT Level II certification (Security+, SSCP, GSEC, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR and stakeholders
• Manage contract performance, staffing levels, and deliverables
• Ensure compliance with PWS, SLAs, FAR, and federal IT standards
• Oversee budgeting, risk management, reporting, and quality control
• Lead multidisciplinary technical teams across IT, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
• Support audits, inspections, and performance reviews
