Position Summary: This will be an individual contributor role in the DFS Services Segment and will be reporting under Manager, Service Sales. As the Services Contract Administration I, you will be responsible for daily and/or weekly reporting of open tasks and their statuses to customers. The position requires updating Oracle records, generating reports, working in coordination with other contract administrators to complete all emails that come into the service operations general email box, reaching out to contractors as needed for immediate updates related to open tasks, and internal reporting of task trends and spikes. Additional tasks may be required as business needs adjust to deliver on customer expectations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills having a high comfort level interacting with internal and external customers, and contractors; both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task.
  • Strong business acumen to keep track of multiple open tasks tied to contracts.
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.
  • Have a customer centric mindset and aptitude for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft suite products including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams. Excel is a daily tool required to be successful in this role. Candidate must have familiarity with formula creation and use.
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Strong team player as candidate will work with cross functional teams through different procedures and processes.
  • Ability to learn quickly and pick-up on new tasks as assigned by contract administrator team
  • Ability to type a minimum of 55 words per minute required.
  • Minimum of High School Degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee specific assigned contracts to ensure compliance with contractual obligations, performance, and resolution of contract related issues
  • Manage escalations due to aged open tasks with contractors; need to seek immediate resolution.
  • For all assigned contract functions, gather information in a timely fashion to produce required reports for each customer.
  • Provide daily and/or weekly reports in a pre-defined format to specific customers.
  • Service Operations Email task distribution on a day-to-day basis.
  • Review monthly billable invoices sent from Finance to ensure all charges align with services provided so customers are billed correctly
  • Supervise and support contracts team members, and establish weekly touch points
  • Develop and distribute monthly scorecards for contract customers
  • Develop scopes, pricing, and framework for new contracts and contract renewals
  • Act as the first point of contact for team and customer escalations
  • Perform quarterly reviews of contract profitability
