As an Contract Logistics Inventory Specialist, you will report to a Supervisor and monitor inventory accuracy, investigate causes of inventory discrepancies, and lead physical inventory. Your typical work schedule will be Monday - Friday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm and will be paid weekly at $19.60 per hour (plus shift differiential).

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of recent experience in cycle counting and inventory control
PC literate with experience in Microsoft Suites
WMS (Warehouse Management System) experience
Experience operating material handling equipment
Must be a U.S. citizen to work at this site

Responsibilities

Maintain inventory records and inventory management procedures
Reconcile inventory and coordinate inventory procedures
Work with management on implementing loss prevention programs and improving management of inventory
Implement recovery program to ensure all defective product is accounted for and handled properly
Help oversee the inventory quality and accuracy assurance programs, including weekly and monthly reports
Conduct system searches to locate products
Develop a program to audit returns and move returned product to its proper location
Process proper documentation to create a prompt credit transaction
Develop all necessary reports and documentation to facilitate accurate inventory counts
