About The Position

Job responsibilities: Contracts 1. Update and distribute all Med Gas & Source contracts prior to expiration dates. 2. Confirm pricing increases with appropriate sales reps. 3. Work with sales on corporate contracts and bids. 4. Update & distribute Environmental contracts after confirming pricing. 5. Keep a detailed spreadsheet of all facility contracts (and PO’s as received). Boom Arm Coordinator 1. Prepare folders for Techs prior to inspections 2. Update all Boom Arm Reports once received from Techs and send to facility 3. Create sales quote for repairs done during inspection and send to the facility for purchase order. 4. Invoice for Inspection. Quote & invoice for repairs once PO is received. 5. Keep schedule updated. Environmental Coordinator 1. Keep detailed schedule of Environmental services 2. Update all Environmental contracts and obtain POs 3. Invoice for all services 4. Send all reports Sales Support 1. Assist sales with bids, quoting, ordering & invoicing. 2. Quote, order and invoice all recommended work & parts from Med Gas Annual 3. Quote and order parts for Med Gas Techs. Miscellaneous 1. Track all open work orders weekly and work with coordinators to ensure contracted work is on schedule and calls/repairs are done in a timely manner. 2. Help obtain POs & save in all appropriate folders. 3. Separate and enter all invoices on monthly commission worksheets. (data entry) 4. Help with collection of outstanding invoices 5. Help with PowerPoint presentations when needed 6. Any miscellaneous office help (stamping folders, filing, etc.)

Requirements

  • Very detail oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Multi Tasking
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Knowledge of Quick Books
