The Oregon Public Defense Commission (OPDC) is seeking a Contract Compliance Analyst to administer and provide advanced oversight of our statewide Public Defense Provider Contracts. Position: Contract Compliance Analyst (Program Analyst 4) This recruitment will be used to establish a list of qualified applicants to fill the current vacancy and may be used to fill future vacancies as they occur. Minimum Qualifications A bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, Behavioral or Social Sciences, or a degree related to the agency program that demonstrates the capacity for the knowledge and skills; and five (5) years of experience coordinating or administering a program. OR Any combination of experience and education equivalent to eight (8) years of experience that typically supports the knowledge and skill requirements listed for the classification. What you will do The Contract Compliance Analyst administers and provides advanced oversight of OPDC’s Public Defense Provider Contracts, serving as the agency’s subject-matter expert on contract compliance. The role monitors and evaluates contractor performance against statutory, contractual, fiscal, and policy requirements using qualitative and quantitative data to develop recommendations and corrective actions. It also analyzes jurisdictional caseloads and applies resource allocation methods to ensure contracts are structured and administered to meet constitutional, statutory, and professional standards statewide.
