It specializes in developing innovative cancer treatments using its established drug development platforms, focusing on bi-specific, multi-specific antibodies, and antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). SystImmune has a robust preclinical pipeline of potential cancer therapeutics in the discover and IND-enabling stages, representing cutting-edge biologics development. We are seeking a hands-on Contract Clinical Recruiter with demonstrated experience recruiting clinical research and biopharma talent. This role requires bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for critical clinical and research operations functions. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers to support aggressive hiring timelines and deliver high-quality talent.This is a 6-month contract position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related majors
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a competitive, fast-paced environment in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Experience in proactive recruiting and sourcing
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and Boolean search techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in supporting clinical teams is required

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for clinical research, clinical operations, regulatory, pharmacovigilance, and related biopharma functions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish role criteria, develop job descriptions, and implement hiring plans
  • Utilize multi-channel sourcing strategies (including LinkedIn and other job boards)
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated needs
  • Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
  • Oversee pre-employment verification processes
  • Prepare the employment offers for senior management approval
  • Ensure compliance with all employment regulations and company policies
