The Contracts Associate supports the execution and administration of contractual agreements across Clario’s global operations. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and managing a variety of contractual documents while ensuring compliance with Clario contracting standards and internal policies. You will work closely with legal, operational, and cross-functional teams to support efficient contract execution, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure that contractual processes run smoothly. What We Offer Competitive compensation Medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible and paid time off Remote and hybrid work options Employee assistance and wellness programs What You’ll Be Doing Create, review, and negotiate contractual documents in accordance with Clario contracting standards, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Work Orders (WOs), Start-Up Agreements (SUAs), and Letters of Intent (LOIs). Conduct legal review of Change Orders (COs) as required. Support the review and negotiation of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Stand-Alone Agreements (SAAs), and Data Privacy Agreements (DPAs) under the guidance of senior team members. Manage and track escalations to Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for contract terms outside standard contracting language or playbook guidelines. Maintain and prioritize assigned contract cases in Salesforce, ensuring accurate updates and status tracking. Enter key legal terms, contract data, and documentation into Salesforce and internal systems. Monitor and respond to requests through the centralized contracts team mailbox. Maintain organized file structures for approvals, agreement versions, and fully executed contracts. Track and manage electronic signatures in accordance with Clario contracting standards. Participate in departmental and cross-functional initiatives and support special projects as assigned. Assist with client or regulatory agency audits as needed by providing appropriate contract documentation and records. What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 0–2 years of experience in commercial contracting, legal operations, or a related field. Experience in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, or CRO industry is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously. High attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing contractual documents and data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word. Experience with Salesforce or similar contract management tools is preferred.
