The Contract Analyst contributes to the overall development and implementation of Resident Services contracts and supports the Contract Manager to conduct pre-award and post-award contract and grant administration activities, including procurement of goods and services, Board of Commissioners approval requests, monitoring and closeout. The Contract Analyst provides support for multiple contract types including Professional Service Agreements, Intergovernmental Agreements, Commensurate Benefit Agreements, Memorandums of Understanding and Grant Agreements. The Contract Analyst conducts overall monitoring of Resident Services programs, contractors and partners, which includes contractor/program performance outcome analysis. The Contract Analyst conducts on-site and off-site monitoring reviews to ensure contractors, vendors and partners are effectively implementing programs and services in accordance with terms, conditions, specifications and guidelines of contracts/agreements.
