A Day in the Life Careers that Change Lives This position will support the daily needs of commercial team. The areas of responsibility include but are not limited to- selling service, preparing customer quotes and related agreements, orders, funnel management, and fulfillment of other terms and conditions outlined in the sales proposals. In this role, you will have the responsibility and authority to work with Field Representatives, Account Managers, Capital Managers, District Managers and Regional Managers to ensure all sales quotations (hardware, software and services) are accurate and follow company guidelines. In every aspect of this work, your attention to detail directly supports the delivery of safe, reliable technologies that clinicians depend on to provide high-quality patient care. By ensuring timely, accurate proposals and seamless coordination with the field, you help enable better outcomes for patients who rely on our therapies and solutions every day. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Creates customer sales quotes in accordance with pre-determined guidelines for pricing, discounting and terms and conditions. Advises sales team of other acquisition opportunities and sales programs, such as upgrades, end of life/end of guaranteed service, capital equipment and master service agreements. Prepares related contracting and pricing documents and conducts contract administration to ensure fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Supports automation and system enhancements in the organization by serving project teams as needed. Maintains customer files and complete and accurate information in various internal databases. Partners closely with the sales team to maintain quarterly funnel and identify opportunities. Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as the repair department, customer services, credit services, marketing, enabling tech, NAV tech services and legal. Reviews and confirms customer service agreements and purchase orders and prepares them for order entry. Ensures the sales team is updated on significant customer-related issues within region. Reviews proposed offering for financial profitability (standard margin) and exercise independent judgment and responsibility for challenging if deemed inadequate. Provides other field support as necessary. Travel requirement: Less than 10%

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 4+ years of relevant experience in Contracts or Pricing or equivalent experience (OR Associate's Degree with 2+ years experience OR Baccalaureate Degree with 1+ year(s) experience).
