About The Position

Automated Business Solutions has been providing businesses throughout RI, MA & CT with Office Equipment Solutions and IT Services for over 30 years. We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Professional to provide expert administrative and contract management support to our valued clients and team. This role is critical to our operations and requires someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while managing complex customer relationships independently. This position is based in our Warwick, RI office and involves extensive telephone communication with our existing customer base - high-volume client interaction focused on service excellence and relationship management, not sales. Join our growing team! With 6 locations across 3 states, we're actively expanding through acquisitions while continuously improving our processes to support organic growth. Objectives of this role Invoice and manage the entire contract lifecycle, in a way that is neutral, beneficial and fair to both parties involved Quote and execute contracts upon request Ensure that all contracts are in compliance of the signed agreement Perform periodic reviews and run reports of the contracts in place. Provide resolution services whenever a situation arises Educate the clients on their responsibilities, as per the conditions on the contract

Responsibilities

  • Quote, invoice, monitor, and review new and existing contracts
  • Provide essential contract management services by resolving conflicts and monitoring and renewing contracts
  • Manage Dealer to Dealer contracts
  • Review the performance of the contract and report on contracts that are outside of benchmarks
  • Prepare reports and documentation on the contract performance and run them by the senior contract manager (if any)
  • Update and revise contracts as seen fit for both ABS & Clientele
  • Communicate with employees and clients on the status of contracts
