About The Position

Canvas II, LLC is seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our Contracts Team. This role manages the full lifecycle of U.S. Government contracts, ensuring compliance, supporting proposal development, and contributing to successful program execution. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 3–5 years of U.S. Government contract administration experience
  • Strong decision‑making and problem‑solving skills
  • Experience negotiating and executing NDAs and Teaming Agreements
  • Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and AFARS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities
  • Customer‑focused mindset

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint (Projects and Contracts modules)
  • AMCOM EXPRESS BPA experience
  • GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) administration

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of contract administration, including preparation, negotiation, execution, modifications, and closeout
  • Develop compliance matrices and conduct contract kickoff meetings
  • Ensure continuous compliance throughout the contract lifecycle
  • Research and resolve contract issues; monitor performance against requirements
  • Serve as the authorized negotiator and signatory for contractual matters
  • Collaborate with corporate support teams, program staff, and Government contracting officers
  • Support proposal development activities
  • Maintain organized electronic contract files and records within Costpoint
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with Government contracting personnel
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate and attend meetings to establish program and contract requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned
