About The Position

The Contract Administrator will be a critical part of the Legal team in our Waltham, MA office. In this role, you will work closely with paralegals, attorneys, and contract administrators in practice areas relating to contract lifecycle, including initiation, generation, execution and management. This role provides contract administrative support for the wholesale fuels marketing business units. At Global Partners, business starts with people. Requirements

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal technology applications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel in particular
  • You have strong attention to detail and are highly organized
  • You are a strong communicator both written and verbal
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, law, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Administrative point of contact to the wholesale fuels marketing business units
  • Lifecycle contract coordination.
  • Preparation of bid materials
  • Downloading and maintaining M&A related documentation
  • Perform clerical tasks as needed, e.g., make copies, create folder labels, prepare packages, write generic cover memos, etc.
  • Organize and maintain contract correspondence, and create and/or maintain databases to track contracts.
  • Communicate and work with counterparties to obtain countersigned contracts/confirmations.
  • Inputs, verifies, and updates permit applications data for various outside agencies.
  • Interacts with a variety of individuals and groups in the performance of job responsibilities, including various internal department and outside agencies.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
