Requirements

• 2+ years of experience leading or coaching Lean manufacturing principles
• 4+ years of experience in a fast-paced production or manufacturing environment
• Proven knowledge of CI tools: PDCA, FMDS, process mapping, strategy deployment, etc.
• Strong data and process analysis skills with the ability to present clearly across all levels
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
• Highly organized, with excellent time management and follow-through skills
• Collaborative and adaptable, with strong communication and coaching abilities
• Able to work independently while being a strong team contributor

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor site leadership and frontline teams on Lean and Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and principles
• Deliver engaging CI training content and support learning at every level of the organization
• Support leaders in implementing visual management systems aligned with Tiara Performance System (TPS) standards
• Identify performance gaps and partner with leadership to build sustainable improvement plans
• Analyze processes, procedures, and materials for cost savings and efficiency opportunities
• Lead or support the development of model lines and continuous improvement pilots
• Track and report improvements, cost savings, and strategic progress
• Participate in yearly strategic planning and help execute key initiatives
• Flex across multiple shifts as needed to support teams and drive alignment
• Demonstrate curiosity and coachability — modeling a growth mindset every day
