About The Position

Job Description: Duties & Responsibilities: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and operate all on-site equipment, including providing CNC operation support as needed. Identify and analyse gaps in current processes to determine areas for improvement. Implement approved solutions to optimize workflows. Develop, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) and visual management tools. Assist in other departments on an as needed basis. Act as a mentor for new staff members by conducting training sessions and support. Ensure customer satisfaction through innovation and service excellence. Support the MS&S and Group Senior Leadership to define behaviours and culture to align with AESSEAL’s Mission & Vision statements. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice, as determined by business needs. Health, Safety, Environment, Quality and Ethical Standards: Adhere to all HESQ standards and policies set out by Management. Support Management in the development of new HESQ standards and processes. Competent in using AESSEAL Portal tools. CSDS, Drawing Search, eVE, and Quick Quote. Read part drawings. Utilize measuring tools. Education and Experience High School Graduate or GED required. Higher education in Industrial Engineering or Business Management preferred. In absence of formal education, 10 years of direct process management in a senior role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. SAP or other ERP experience preferred. Prior experience or knowledge of mechanical seals or pumps preferred but not required.
