As a Project Manager IV, you will lead large-scale projects using advanced project management tools to ensure successful outcomes. This multifaceted role spans project management, program oversight, and strategic communications, offering opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and in-depth exposure to operational processes. A caregiver in this position works Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Five years of project management experience in an assigned area, including implementing and supporting a major IT system in a clinical or system analyst capacity and involving complex financial system applications
  • Experience creating and maintaining a project plan from inception through completion
  • Effective relationship building skills

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree. This may substitute one year of required experience
  • Project Management Professional certification (PMP)
  • Experience in Microsoft Office including Publisher
  • Experience using Visio

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of and provide a single point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Lead/manage multiple medium- to large-size projects, leveraging advanced project management tools to deliver results.
  • Accomplish project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
  • Prepare and complete action plans.
  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Complete audits and identify trends.
  • Determine system improvements and implement changes.
  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.
  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
