About The Position

Troubleshoot critical business issues - Analyze and improve manufacturing, functional and business processes using Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools, real-time problem-solving techniques and other statistical and quality improvement tools. Drive improvements at trouble or focus sites and ensure improvements are sustainable. Develop ELSS / CI deployment procedures, policies and systems and own sharing of best practices across the region. Support development of site/business ELSS knowledge, coach and grow regional talent on Continuous Improvement (CI) competencies. Led the development and certification process of a CI training program. Support key business segment's cost-effectiveness projects and actions, product cost reduction initiatives, and ensure achievement of business benefits determined in each project. Lead, facilitate, coach, and support Needle Mover projects, Rapid Improvement Events (RIE), and Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects, including non-Cost-out CI projects and special or turn-around CI projects. Follow up on the development and improvement of process and system to enhance and sustain process reliability. Initiate operating principles that focus on process standardization, visual factory, flow focus, accountability of tier meetings, etc. Mentor and support Lean/Six Sigma Certifications program candidates throughout the certification process. Prepare and conduct ELSS-related training for sites/functions and develop on-site ELSS knowledge, talent, and competency to support business needs. Support the site ELSS /CIF assessment and calibrate for Opportunities for Advancement (OFA). Minimum 10 years of experience leading manufacturing operations and or continuous improvement. Requirements
