About The Position

The Continuous Improvement Manager plays a critical role in driving and managing continuous improvement initiatives within an organization. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, streamlining operations, and enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness. The Continuous Improvement Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, analyzes data, and utilizes several methodologies to optimize processes and drive sustainable improvements. In an analytical perspective, the primary focus will be on driving insights and business value through the use of data. Requirements

  • Established (at least 3 years) of experience in the travel industry and working closely with hotels is a must.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related field.
  • Ability to effectively manage work load in a fast paced environment, relying on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Strong attention to detail and produces high quality work.
  • Ability to positively present API in customer facing situations.
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Skills in PowerPoint macro presentations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the continuous improvement strategy
  • Conduct process assessments and analysis
  • Lead improvement projects
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Monitor and report on progress
  • Collaborate with stakeholders
  • Development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of API tools
  • Support for Airlines in implementation and prospecting, aligned with the plan and strategy to be defined
  • Stay updated on industry best practices
  • Develop and implement data analysis strategies to drive business growth and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics projects.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Work with all teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new analytical tools and techniques.
