Requirements

  • Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Management, related Engineering disciplines, or related field of study and six (6) years of related experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and (4) years of related experience
  • Work Experience. Two (2) years of experience must include: Jira or other backlog management platforms; Working with software engineering/development teams to define and deliver software products and features to market; Building product roadmaps; Defining requirements by leveraging usability studies, business and product usage data, external industry trends, and metrics to generate insights; Agile Methodology or Scrum; Data visualization and analysis tools; Competitive research, SWOT Analysis, market gap analysis and feedback capturing tools, including Pendo; Analytics tools and languages such as Looker, SQL, Python, SAS, and R; Office suite including MS Excel, MS Powerpoint, OneNote, and Visio; Presenting to senior leadership team; and Wireframing and creating low-fidelity mock-ups using Balsamiq, Miro.

  • Responsibilities. Responsible for gathering insights and ask probing questions to develop a strong understanding of business processes. Develop metrics that provide data for process and/or service measurement all while collecting data to identify the root causes of problems and/or process inefficiencies. Serve as a liaison among various departments within WorkMarket and the broader ADP to ensure WorkMarket is prepared for organizational changes (e.g., new product launch, feature changes, platform issues, etc.). Serve as the conduit between Product/Tech and Client Service, Worker Support, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless execution of organizational changes with minimal disruption. Cultivate third-party vendor relationships, including monitoring existing partner health/risk, business requests/escalations with partners, researching new partner options and end-to-end implementation of new partners. Perform gap and root-cause analyses on processes or specific business challenges, bringing in the right stakeholders to collaborate and solve them (could be both qualitative and quantitative in nature). Strive towards continuous efficiency improvement by identifying processes that can be automated, then prioritize them based on impact and effort and drive them to completion. Storytelling: Articulate the problem statement, analyze facts (from data, interviews), summarize findings and recommendations, and present to senior leadership. Lead relationships with broader ADP stakeholders (outside WorkMarket) to handle incoming requests (e.g., Legal, Compliance, Privacy), prioritize them, and form attack plans to tackle them. Conduct meetings with a clear agenda and right-sized group of people, mitigate scope creep (steer back the group to agenda), avoid groupthink, and facilitate an insightful discussion. Resolve conflicts with internal teams and stakeholders, create consensus and drive outcomes to ensure our business is successful.
